There are a number of exciting ventures happening in Mexico! The Family Development Foundation (FDF) has recently hired a couple to minister and partner with the youth community of FDF. The students already know them and they are well respected in the community. This past September they also opened their doors for extended hours for their Kids Club. Every Monday they open their doors to 50 children and provide a healthy meal and help with homework. They participate in music lessons, sports, and other classes. Through this project the children are learning about having good hygiene and exercise habits. They learn about teamwork, empathy, trust, respect and the importance of friends. This year they will continue to develop and grow the program for more children to participate.

FDF is partnering with another CWR partner in Mexico, Fuentes Libres, as they open new avenues into community banks and growing support with those in their community. Women from FDF will travel to Oaxaca to learn more about the possibility of starting a community bank back home. Join with us in thanking God for the great work that is happening in Mexico!
