I guess we haven’t given an update on the blog since first introducing the duplex construction back in the October 2012 post.  Major changes have taken place, as you may well imagine, in the past 6 months.  This is how it looked back in October:

What remains is to complete the exterior, and the inside of at least one side before the end of June so we can move our furniture in and allow someone to rent it for the year that we are gone.
