Friday October 5 was World Teacher Appreciation Day.  Here it is a big deal — special cloth is made for the occasion and teachers around the country are honored.

So we showed appreciation for all that the teachers and staff do for us at Rain Forest Internaitonal School.  The Moms in Prayer and Parent Teacher Fellowship provided lunch for them.  A couple of pieces of the Teacher Appreciation cloth served as tablecloths which we gave to 2 fortunate teachers in a drawing after lunch. 

We do appreciate all that our teachers and staff do.  Many missionaries are only able to do their ministries in Cameroon, Gabon, Central African Republic and Chad because of the willingness of teachers and staff to care for the educational needs of the students.

Pray that God will continue to call teachers, counsellors, administrators so that this vital ministry may thrive.
