This is the last year that the UBAC hostel will be a hostel for students. We have split the large home into 2 living spaces. This year, having only a few students, they all live in half of the building while we turn the downstairs into another apartment for single missionaries coming in December.

As you approach the building it’s evident that work is going on — notice the bits of wall and floor tile that now pave the dirt driveway.

When you go inside, downstairs, what used to be the ping pong room and laundry room are going to be a living room and kitchen. We punched a hole in the wall to the hallway to make the itchen area bigger.

Earlier this year, during the summer break the building was divided into 2 living spaces with plywood walls in the stairway.
