Our 2nd week in country was RFIS Staff Orientation week. We got up to speed on new policies, got reminded of the old policies, got child protection training again, reviewed emergency drills, and did planning for new student orientation, all student orientation and “kick off day.”

Mid-week we all went to an off campus location (the Korean Church Center) for spiritual retreat. Our speaker was Dr. Kwak — father of the RFIS Grad who initiated Blue Heart anti-trafficking awareness. It was a good time of bonding as a staff before the busy school schedule began.
