Secret Angels

Christmas at RFIS is a time of giving, and surprises! Student Council organizes a Secret Angel gift exchange — students and staff choose to draw a name from a hat to be a secret angel. The 3 last days of class nefore exams we give a small gift — delivered secretly. One morning I found the above gift on the door to my office.

Receptionist Mrs. Bafon loved her gift of a mug and tea bags

Then on the last day of class there’s a Christmas party starting with Community Service activities at local hospitals, schools etc.

When students returned to school they played games, had lunch, and then put on a talent show.

Finally the big reveal! The final big gift was exchanged, with a tag indicating who the secret angel had been.

After all the festivities, stuents picked up their report cards (which hopefully only held pleasant surprises) and headed off for a couple of days vacation.
