Once a year the Athletic Dept. at RFIS organizes a Sports Evangelism trip to a village outside of Yaounde. But that’s not the only sports outreach our students are involved in.

I’ve written before about Mama Pauline, who has taken in street boys. On Youth Day last year and again this year, our students have had opportunity to play a friendly soccer game with them.

Many of us watched the game and cheered them on.

After the game the RFIS Drama Evangelism Team did some sketches, explained by staff member Miss Stinard.

Then it was time for fellowship and food.

We’re thankful for friends like the Katos who work with orphaned children, para-church organizations in Yaounde, and who planned this fun day of sports, evangelism and fellowship.
