Don’t we love to swap recipes?  Isn’t it fun to learn to make a new dish? Once a month we have that opportunity here. For a small fee, anyone interested may join the Monthly Cooking Club and either share / demonstrate a dish, or watch and learn.

One day in December I was able to attend the cooking club. This one was a demonstration of Stromboli and Creme Brulee!

And the demo would not be complete without a tasting! So we got to enjoy the dishes as well as fun conversation.
