The view out our dining room is a beautiful wooded wonderland.  We love to put out bird feeders and watch to see who comes to visit us.

We’ve seen juncos, goldfinches, house finches, cardinals, tufted titmouse, red breasted nuthatches, white breasted nuthatches, and since adding a suet feeder…

… we see 3 varieties of woodpeckers!  This is so much fun!

Oh, and it’s not only birds who come to graze at our feeders.

While we try to discourage squirrels from eating all the seeds from the feeders, we do put out scraps of bread etc. for them.  This brave little guy came right up to the window.  What do you suppose he’s saying?
