RFIS — Providing Clean Water for the Community

Looking outside the RFIS entrance gate it is common to see children or adults filling jugs and bottles with water.

Did you know that Rain Forest International School is helping the community? 

We have a well on the campus.  An electric water pump pumps water up to this tank.

On the opposite side of the wall, outside, a spigot is available 24/7 for people of the community to come get free clean water.

As you can see, it is generally the children who get sent to fetch water.

 Clean water for free — just one of the ways we try to be a good neighbor and help the community around RFIS.
