Gunma Harvest refers to our desire and prayer to see the gospel of Jesus Christ be proclaimed in all areas of Gunma Prefecture and to pray for Jesus followers to be raised up in every city, town, and village of Gunma. It’s a bigger vision than we have time or resources to do much about on our own…. but we trust God for direction and try to pray faithfully to the “Lord of the Harvest” for workers to come and help us. Our main efforts at present involve: 1. STUDY / RESEARCH – What towns and villages are still without churches? / What is the situation in each of these areas? / Visiting unchurched areas 2. PRAY – Trying to pray consistently for these unreached areas as well as for workers and partners to join us in these efforts 3. ACT – To whatever extent we can we are trying to network with others and move forward in terms of taking some first steps…
