Teacher Appreciation Lunch

PRS Teachers and staff enjoy "appreciation lunch"

Yesterday was teacher appreciation day for the Parent Run School (Elementary level school for children of missionaries).  We were treated to a lovely lunch of lasagne, Poulet D.G. (local chicken dish), tossed salad and fruit salad.

It was held at the home of a missionary couple who have been running a mission guest house in the neighborhood.  Being within walking distance was a big advantage since traffic in town has been crazier than usual this week due to May 20 celebrations (see next post).

Those in attendance were not only teachers and director of the PRS, but also members of the Board and others who have helped with administration and in the school library.  It was a relaxing enjoyable lunch, and we felt appreciated for our year of service.
