Director of Maintenance on a new school? What could Ron possibly have to do?

Part of his job is to discover what works and what doesn’t and to fix those things that don’t work.  For example, why are toilets getting plugged up?  One answer involved busted cheap toilet seats being flushed away, clogging up the pipes.

Another answer involves this sewage pipe from the toilets upstairs in the library.  When the cement column was poured around it, the pipe crushed flat.  So after a few flushes, it was plugged and backed up. 

Yesterday Ron and the guys chipped away at the column exposing over 2 meters of pancake flat sewage pipe.
