July 5-10 I went on a canoe trip with 8 men fromour church including
my dad and brother Don from Japan. We canoed for 4 days in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area. It was a wonderful time. Beautiful scenery, quiet, loons out on the lake, gorgeous sunsets, rejoicing in God’s marvelous creation, great fellowship, outstanding camp food… I could go on and on. In particular I had some good talks with Don who I seldom see.
