Last Friday Cindy and several women leaders went to see the women ministries cattle project and talk with the herdsman in the Banga Kungu church region about 40 miles East of Gemena. This was her first time to accompany the women to visit the pasture.

The pasture is located a distance from the main road to Karawa. Some parts of the road are only being used for motorcycles, bicycles and pedestrians. Below is a video Cindy took as they drove down the path to the pasture.
Along the way to visit the cattle they picked up the chief of the county in Bogbaguma village and the chief of the neighboring village.

Out in the pasture area they saw the corral which had been built over the last year, had good visits with the herdsman and encouraged him in his care for the cattle.
