July 3 we flew to Florida to visit Cindy’s parents in New Smyrna Beach. It was a great visit. I was only able to stay until the 8th because I had to get home to go on the church canoe trip to the Boundary Waters. W
e had a great day visiting the Kennedy Space Center. Saw the space shuttle on the launching pad before it went up. Fascinating place!
Another morning we went out for breakfast to a state park near Deland where you cook your own pancakes on a griddle at your table. Great stuff.
