It’s time to apply for visa extensions so that we can stay longer than just 3 months in South Africa. We turned in our applications on Friday and we would dearly appreciate your prayers. The hoops we have to jump through are numerous, and in spite of goofs on both sides from time to time, we have always received the extensions. We have to drive in to Durban, about 2 hours on the road, and usually spend anywhere from 1-2 hours in lines. This time we were very grateful that we left plenty of time ahead of our appointment because we found that the offices had moved. The hassles were minimal this time, even with the address change, and anyway the end product will be well worth it! A visa for more time in Africa!
