We went to the Covenant Annual Meeting last week – it was an awesome celebration of what’s going on in the Covenant all over the world. We were delegates so we were involved in the business meetings, hearing about budgets and voting in officers and committee members. We celebrated 3 amazing retirees: Debbie Blue, Evelyn Johnson, and Curt Peterson. We witnessed the commissioning of new missionaries and the ordination of pastors. BUT my favorite part of the meetings was hanging out with dear friends, like Tim & Helen Smith (photo courtesy of Peter Kim)
and Florence Gustafson (though she was super busy with VIPs from the Congolese church).
