A reason to celebrate!
Yesterday we celebrated Resurrection Day with members of the missionary community and with our Cameroonian church friends. It was a beautiful day to celebrate our risen Saviour.

As you may realize from the blog title – not only has Christ risen, but the roof on our hostel building is also rising – even if less miraculously.

It has been awhile since I have posted new pictures here of the building and not only are all the exterior walls now completed, but the framework for the roof has gone up.
It won't be long until the sky will not be visible as you look up on the top floor.
The roofing material has arrived and so very soon we should see a completed roof.

In the meantime, work on plastering the walls and ceiling of our apartment with cement is progressing.

During the past week the window and door frames have been installed too. Soon it will be ready for the doors and windows themselves.
