Okay, so the past couple of weeks I’ve noticed that our phone signal has been weak. So, what do we do? Call the repairman, right? Nope. Roy gets up on the ladder and tweaks the antenna back into position while I yell from the inside of the house when the reception bars peak their highest. Kind of like playing the warmer-colder game with a partially deaf guy. I’m not sure Roy needed the guy holding the extension cord, but, why not??? I’m definitely glad for the one steadying the ladder. Then comes the trick of finding the right adapters and the right drill bit and the right bolts to fasten the antenna’s position more securely. Thankful we are, for good cell phone reception! I’m guessing that that big storm’s winds somehow shifted the antenna out of whack.
