We just returned from a thought provoking missions event at First Covenant in Grand Rapids. Gracia Burnham shared her story with us and we were humbled. She is a sweet testimony to what the Lord can do; she is seeking out and praying for her captors in order to share the Word with them in their own mother tongue. She is hoping that these ones who for a year held her and her husband as prisoners might read about what God has done for them. Her husband, a mission pilot, did not make it out alive, yet she, through God’s grace, does not wish any evil on her captors. They are lost, just like we once were. What a powerful testimony she has to share, and what a blessing to all who hear!
