Julio had the privilege of visiting churches in Salem, OR. It was in 1997 that Julio met short-term missionary Carmen Bensink in Colombia. Through her he met teams that came down to serve from Trinity Covenant in Salem. Who would have ever thought that one day Julio would have the privilege of preaching at this church.
