Meanwhile….. back in Canada….
As many of you know, we were consecrated in Detroit on June 22, 2017 as New Missionaries with Serve Globally (a mission priority of the Evangelical Covenant Church). As we take the next steps, we’ll be keeping you updated on the exciting things, like a Blog – coming soon!
We are excited to learn that IPEA (Iglesia Pacto Evangelical Argentina) which consists of 6 Covenant Churches, is going through the Vitality Pathway. We will be doing additional training in Chicago in order to serve alongside the Argentinian Conference.
Next Steps ….
.As we prepare to move to Argentina for two years we will be:
Downsizing and storing a few of our personal items – yes, that includes the KLRs 🙂
Continuing with Language Studies here in Canada and then heading to Guatemala for much more intensive studies
Visas – Praise item! Nothing more to do until we get to Argentina
Fundraising – We are in the process of looking for people and churches who would like to partner and support us in the mission field. We are required to raise in funds and pledges, 80% of our budget.
Prayer for these items is definitely appreciated.

A Brief overview of the past few months and looking into 2023. CIPE 2023 Argentina Presencia – what a privilege to connect with our new president of ECC and SG! Looking forward to their visits to Argentina. Ministry in Calama and Antofogasta Chile – planned since 2019 and finally able to complete. God has opened more doors in both Argentina and Chile and I am grateful to be the hands and feet of Christ. September 2019 – Year 2 Begins

There is wonderful joy ahead, even though you have to endure many trials for a while. These trials will show that your faith is genuine. It is being tested as fire tests and purifies gold – though your faith is far more precious than mere gold. So when your faith remains strong through many trials, it will bring you much praise and glory and honour on the day when Jesus Christ is revealed to the whole world. 1 Peter 1:6-7 (NLT) Do you ever wish you could turn back time? Return to a moment and make an adjustment that would change an outcome? Say something different? Do something different? Take a different road?
