Banana Flowers ….Again

Last January I showed you the following picture of a “banana flower”

The “banana flowers” which were actually split open bananas.

But the other day as I again was looking over the balcony, I noticed that the much larger banana plant once again had bananas on it – lots of bunches actually.

And each of those bunches……have flowers!

A bunch of small red bananas with the flowers above.

These are the real banana flowers – you can even see some of the pollen.
