Thankfully we made the trip to the fabric store before lockdown! The girls have their chosen seshoeshoe material, a fabric specific to South Africa, and they each are making a patchwork quilt. Since we can’t be out and about, and if school is done for the day, you might find the sewing machines a buzzin’! What a boon to be able to use three machines at once; Anna’s machine and Lynn’s two that she had stored in her cupboard for ages. One was her mother’s. We are putting them to good use.
