Roy & Zweli, representing Back 2 Eden, met with Khula’s post high school students last week. Khula is a campus out in the boonies that boasts a nursery school/nutrition program, a post high school that helps young adults to prepare for careers, medical and dental mobile clinic visits, and women’s classes for beading and sewing. Roy and Zweli shared about God’s original plan for a nutritious diet, and proceeded to share hands on demonstrations about growing crops and trees. The students helped out, hopefully learning planting strategies to take home to their own gardens.
Each student from the core garden group got to take home their own jack fruit tree.
