We had a nice visit with two UN officers the other day. They came from the main town to the east, where they are stationed, to patrol our area; sort of a fact-finding mission. They had a pick-up full of armed Congolese troops along with them, destined this week to return to Congo. The officers did not know what country their next troops would come from. They were quite pleasant and wanted to know how we were doing and what we had heard from towns north of us. They got out their phones and took pictures, which they shared with me. It is very good to know that they are there, trying to make sure things continue to be safe and peaceful in our region.
Please keep praying for peace for C.A.R.
