I had to chuckle at this shared post on Facebook, thank you Gai!
There have been times when friends have brought out very necessary items to us, like prescription meds, but then again sometimes very frivolous things have come, like throw pillows!!!, in their precious baggage allowance. We always try to do the same;, fit in to our suitcases what family and friends want to send to their loved ones over there where things are not always very easy to come by. There have been times when I’ve jettisoned a fun purchase in order to fit in some hospital supplies, but usually everything goes! I’m actually enjoying a set of placemats, that were a gift, on this side of the ocean instead of over there, and that’s okay too!
