MERCER ISLAND, WA (November 2, 2012) – Nominations are being accepted for the position as superintendent of the North Pacific Conference of the Evangelical Covenant Church (ECC), according to a posting on the conference website.
Information concerning qualifications, position responsibilities and a position profile has been sent to all churches in the conference. That information as well as a letter from search committee chair Jim Sequeira, is available for viewing on the conference website.
Deadline for receipt of nominations is Monday, November 12, and should be emailed to Mike Ryan.
Plans call for presentation of a candidate for the position for a vote by delegates attending the conference annual meeting April 26-27, 2013.
The position became vacant when former superintendent Mark Novak accepted a call to serve as executive minister of the ECC Department of the Ordered Ministry.
