We will see Daniel and Sarah in 3 days (March 19th)!  They have lots to pack in their short stay as they set up the ministry sites for the college students who will be serving in different places around this capital city of Bangkok.  We, at the Abundant Life Center, have been talking and praying about whether there might be a possible “fit” with 2 students for our ministry outreach to the kids and their parents in our neighborhood. 

We are praying for these two kids of ours that they might find moments and places of rest along the journey as they serve God together this summer.

Global Urban Trek, Bangkok Thailand

Daniel and I have been invited by InterVarsity Christian Fellowship National to direct the Global Urban Trek to Bangkok, Thailand this summer. We are super excited to lead this team of students from all over the country. It is a seven week program. The students will be living in different slum communities in Bangkok. They will be working with different programs in the city, working with the elderly, red light district, the handicapped, Leprosy colony, and at risk youth.

Daniel and I are excited to have our ministry worlds overlap. Daniel helped lead this group in 2009 as a onsite leader. We are excited to partner with one another (for the first time) and lead these students. Please be praying for us. There will be a lot of travel this spring for both of us as we continue both our ministries and travel to prepare for this summer.
