The Early-Bird Registration closes December 15!
Early-Bird benefit is: $175 for the first person; $150 for additional registrants from the same church. December 16, 2010 means $199 for the first person and $175 for each additional registrant from the same church.
Register by clicking here or complete one registration form for each registrant from your church, and return with payment to: The Evangelical Covenant Church, Attn: Events Office Registrar, 8303 W Higgins Road, Chicago, IL 60631-2941, or by fax to (773) 583-7398.
Those registering as “additional members from the same church” need to indicate the primary registrant from their church when registering. Please contact the events office registrar, Jill Ulven at (773) 596-2493, with any registration questions. For all other questions, please contact the Events Office at (800) 910-2442.
