Rock on! Great article and great points. Maybe this will begin to put the old “traditional vs. contemporary” arguments finally to rest.

I appreciate Dan’s words here. I have found what he says to be true here in my own church, which has been more “traditional” and so our younger generation don’t generally want the more formal stuff. No hymns, no organ, no choir, etc. Although, they seem to like some written prayers. And to play chant recordings sometimes. And they want symbols every week……hmmm…
