CHICAGO, IL (December 21, 2004) – Customers entering Covenant Bookstore are greeted by materials offering opportunities to support a variety of projects in Congo sponsored by the Paul Carlson Partnership of the Evangelical Covenant Church.

Display Features Paul Carlson Book This close-up of a wall area also displays a copy of the newly released reprint of the book Monganga Paul that tells the story of the life and death of Covenant missionary martyr Dr. Paul Carlson, who was killed by Congo rebels in November 1964. Carlson’s story drew international attention and was featured on the covers of both TIME and LIFE magazines’ December 1964 issues.
