Partner – Ways to partner with me in Ministry in Argentina.  Maybe you can’t travel, but you can support financially.  Or perhaps you can’t support financially but you can be praying and connecting.  All of this partnership uplifts, encourages and sustains me in missions.

Prayer – There is no word to express the immensity of this support.  To have people praying for us missionaries; to receive a WhatsApp text or email, a word of encouragement or even sharing about your life and your family – keeps us connected and uplifts us in ways you don’t realize.  We are called to never cease praying for one another.  And prayer goes both ways; so please don’t hesitate to send me a prayer or praise request!

Financially – Please prayerfully consider a monthly, annual or one time contribution to support the work of God’s kingdom here in Argentina. This allows me to continue doing ministry work and supporting projects in various areas.  As we come into the end of the year, perhaps it is just a tax deduction you need; but in the end, the resources of finances multiply in benefits and resources for all.

Connect – I would like to say COME, but I know how challenging that may be in this current world we live in.  Please consider coming to Argentina and spending some time to learn about ministry here, life here, the culture here, the food and the community of family.  When you visit a missionary it speaks volumes of support.  Merge has news ways to connect your churches with local churches here and it would be a blessing to have you ‘visit’ in that way as well.  Connect by WhatsApp (this is free texting, video calls, calls etc here), Zoom or email.  It is so encouraging to receive a message, a photo or a call.  I feel connected and definitely not alone when I receive a notice about your kids in 4H, or exciting news about your church, or anything really.

2022 has been a year of revamping, restarting, renewing and so much more.  The economy continues to complicate some areas but God is also using it to open other opportunities.  We have experienced fuel shortages, protests of all kinds, the best winter in a while here, and ways to re-engage in discipleship and evangelism.

I have had the amazing and humble privilege to visit and serve with the churches in the north of Argentina; in the provinces of Buenos Aires and Santa Fe.  Preaching, teaching about church administration and family budgeting, teaching about our Covenant Identity, and of course construction.  All over Argentina being able to serve in small ways such as meals, doing the driving in the snow, being present and a listening ear or making lattes is a ministry that you really have to experience to understand.

The Covenant Youth of Chile invited me to speak and participate in their annual youth event and I was so blessed by this time.  I will return to northern Chile at the end of this month to complete the work that we had planned and had to suspend in 2019.

Youth events in Bariloche, bible studies, women’s ministry and being able to assist in the planing of the South District Ladies Retreat for Feb 2023 are just some of the ministry here.  My role is really quite varied, depending on where I am but the focus of unity in the churches of IPEA and Covenant Identity has surfaced as a major role.

We have a new president and vice-president of IPEA and they are located in the South; so that makes for improved communication.

I would love to have a video call or zoom with each of you and share more.  Please reach out to me!

On a personal note, this has been a year listening to God, having my calling and my conviction deepen and strengthen.   I continue to learn and grow; in Christ, in ministry, in life.  I will always miss my best friend and love of my life, Max, and my testimony is so intwined with our life together; but there are also new and amazing adventures taking place.  God continues to guide me and care for me. His timing is perfect.  To the infinite detail of having a gallbladder attack that lead to having it removed rather quickly.  But recovering all in His perfect timing to be able to travel to Ecuador for the triennial CIPE Conference of all the hispanic Covenant Churches.

Prayer Praise and Peticiones:

Praise for health and quick recovery!
Praise for all of you who are praying, supporting financially, a part of ministry here
Praise for God’s work in Argentina
Praise and prayer for the new commission in IPEA
Prayer for growing unity and ministry here
Prayer for the upcoming annual meeting in December
