CEFA’s whole staff, ranging from director to farm manager to village supervisor to cattle caretaker to mechanic, met recently to hash out problems and to share vision. There is a weekly meeting of the main 6 leaders to talk about what happened and what the next week’s plan is. Then there’s the CEFA council meeting coming up, maybe tomorrow (it has been postponed numerous times), which decides about the bigger picture, specifically for this meeting an approval of CEFA’s 3-year plan. Please pray for wisdom, for peace in discussions, for understanding amongst the members of each type of meeting
