Josh had researched and put together a Seder celebration to do with some of his high school kids he’s mentoring, so he led our family through the same ceremony. We do try to have a Seder supper before Easter, to help us remember how the Lord has delivered us, not just from the pursuing oppressors in our world, but from our own selves. We learned some new things about the components of the meal and what they represent, as Josh took us through the common steps. We included footwashing, and it was sweet and humbling, especially when little 2 year old Emrie got so excited about helping with everyone!
We are so very privileged, we have a Savior who blessed us and delivered us from sin and death!! May the Lord reveal Himself to each us, more and more each day!
