Bio

Spiritual journey:I came to faith at a young age through the guidance of my VBS teacher, who also happened to be my mom. Since that day I’ve learned so many lessons about God’s faithfulness, and that the more I understand about all of God’s goodness to us through Jesus Christ, the more I learn there is to learn.

Call to ministry: While serving as an adult volunteer on a high school mission trip to Mexico, I was prompted to invite God to direct my life wherever God chose, which ended up being out of engineering and into full-time youth ministry.

I am passionate about: My family, the outdoors (especially hiking and backpacking), seeing students come to faith in Jesus, and seeing brothers and sisters in Christ make decisions based on devotion to Christ and joy in Christ.

How long have you been involved in ministry? I have been in full-time ministry since 1998.

What do you think is important that we know about you, as a member of the Speaker Team?I have just begun experiencing the pleasure of having my own son involved in our student ministries. What a blessing (and a great way to stay honest)!
