If you read my post last month about the First Two Years in Youth Ministry Cohort and found yourself interested, but worried that traveling might be an issue for you, I have good news! Instead of meeting at various camps/retreat centers, most of the cohort will now be happening online.
Cohort members will communicate regularly through the Facebook group, conference call through Google +, and talk individually through Skype. The group will also meet once for a half-day during Midwinter. This cohort will begin October 1 and meet through May. The cost is $50 per month or $350 if you pay all at once.
To be a part of this cohort, please email Marti Burger at marti(at)covchurch.org and mail a check to the denominational offices. Once you have registered, you will be invited to join the Facebook group.
