For years we lived in Congo (Zaire) without phone or internet.  Now we have become quite spoiled with these conveniences wherever we go so when they stop working for some reason, we get quite “flustrated”!

The modem at the Congo Covenant Church Headquarters was destroyed by lightning and we had to wait several weeks to get a replacement.  The internet system through the cell phone company has been inconsistent and very slow when it is functioning.  Thanks to all of you for your patience during our lack of communication.  Thanks for your prayers for us to rest in the Lord always, but especially when we’re deprived of contact with you all.
