GRAHAM, WA (March 30, 2009) – A memorial service was conducted on Saturday for Randy Baker, 58, at Graham Covenant Church. He was a former associate pastor at the church as well as a former short-term missionary with the Evangelical Covenant Church Department of World Mission.
Baker died March 23. He was born August 30, 1950. He married Sybille Nicoline Gerlach on August 20, 1969.

He and his wife, Sybille, did church planting in Halle, Germany, with the Covenant from 1997-1999. He later served as associate pastor at the church.
Baker, who died of cancer following a two-year battle, led a Bible study until last month, when he could no longer sit up.
