Nearly 600 youth workers from six states are expected to attend the one-day training. The Urban Youth Workers Institute sponsors the event.
Zulu (her given name and not a title) was raised in poverty, but has become an internationally known AIDS activist who has traveled with Bono and met with President Bush. Zulu lost both parents and a brother and sister in Zambia to AIDS and is infected with the HIV virus.
She started her seminary studies at North Park Theological Seminary in February.
