MINNEAPOLIS, MN (January 29, 2009) – A memorial service for John Cole, 90, will be conducted at 3 p.m. Saturday at Bethlehem Covenant Church, 3141 43rd Ave S. He was the spouse of deceased Evangelical Covenant Church minister Adele Cole.
Cole was born December 3, 1918, in Waterbury, Connecticut. He married Adele on March 22, 1946.

He graduated cum laude from the University of Minnesota in 1948.
Survivors include three sons: Kevin Cole, Dana Cole, Timothy Cole; and two daughters, Cynthia (Cyd) Johnson, and Diane (Dee) Cole-Vodicka.
