ATLANTA, GA (January 13, 2009) – More than 600 people attended the launch of The Courageous Church on Sunday, says Shaun King (accompanying photo), who refers to himself as the “Facebook Pastor.”
Most of the people learned of the Evangelical Covenant Church congregation through a strong Internet campaign that included numerous postings on Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, YouTube, and multiple blogs. The campaign also drew the attention of the national media, including Forbes Magazine and The Today Show.
