Registration at the early rate may be secured in two ways. Students can submit payment of $499 through their local church by January 31, 2009 (payment must be postmarked by that date). Students paying early will receive a free CHIC T-shirt.
And, for the first time, churches can secure the Early Bird rate by submitting a non-refundable deposit of $250 for each student who plans on attending CHIC 2009. The same Early Bird deadline of January 31 applies (postmarked no later than that date). The remaining balance of $249 must be then be submitted (and postmarked) no later than May 8, 2009, to avoid a late registration fee. Adults also may reserve a spot with a non-refundable deposit of $250 by the January 31 deadline, with the remaining payment also due no later than May 8.
The regular registration rate of $535 will become effective February 1 and continue until May 8, 2009. Registration on May 9 or later is $575 and is available until June 19. No new student registrations will be accepted after that date.
The triennial event will be held July 12-17, 2009, at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.
