GREEN LAKE, WI (June 24, 2008) – Given the volume of daily news stories coming out of the 123rd Annual Meeting currently under way, stories in the online Covenant news report do not remain very long in the top headlines area of the Covenant website home page, transitioning instead into the full news report section and news archive.

For the convenience of readers, a special Annual Meeting news page has been created where all Annual Meeting-related stories will be found. As stories rotate off the home page during the day, they will be repositioned in the special news page. To access all of the Annual Meeting news, visit the Annual Meeting link on the home page.

Each of the five worship services – three evening and two morning services – are being broadcast live over the Covenant website. For more information on the times and how to access the live broadcast, see Worship Services.

The daily online news report and live broadcasts are being produced by a five-member on-site team that includes Don Meyer, executive minister and editor; Steve Luce, creative director; Dave Westerfield, art director; Joshua Havens, Media Center director; and Stan Friedman, news director. Jane Swanson-Nystrom, managing editor, is writing the follow-up story that will appear in the August issue of The Covenant Companion.

Heidi Griepp, Internet Services manager, is assembling the daily photo gallery pages, working out of the Chicago offices. Assisting the team this year as a contributing photographer is Warren Dillaway, staff photographer for the Ashtabula (OH) Star Beacon and a member of First Covenant Church in Ashtabula. Greg Neumarke of the Information Technology department at Covenant Offices is providing on-site technology support. Tim Mosbo, Covenant Bookstore manager, is managing the on-site Annual Meeting bookstore.
