MANCHESTER, NH (June 23, 2008) – Dale Kuehne, pastor of Emmanuel Covenant Church in Nashua, New Hampshire, has been appointed interim executive director of Saint Anselm College’s New Hampshire Institute of Politics (NHIOP).

KuehneKuehne, who currently serves Saint Anselm College as special assistant for government relations, was the founding director of the NHIOP. He holds a Ph.D. and Master’s in government from Georgetown University, a M.A.T.S. from Gordon-Conwell Seminary and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from the University of Minnesota.

The Covenant pastor has organized several U.S. presidential debates at the school and was appointed in 2006 to be one of four members of the Executive Branch Ethics Committee. Gov. John Lynch pressed for creation of the committee last year to investigate complaints brought against elected or appointed officials in the executive branch.
