Stories of Compassion Top Most-Read List for May

CHICAGO, IL (June 11, 2008) – Stories of compassion expressed locally and around the globe by members of Evangelical Covenant churches were among the most-read articles  in the online Covenant News Service reports during May.

Two Covenant churches in Kerman, California, surprised a family with an extreme makeover for their home, which is expected to be completed this month. Students from North Park University are biking across the United States to raise money for work in Zambia. And, the mission board at Northwest Covenant Church in Mt. Prospect, Illinois, loves their monthly meetings as they figure out new ways the congregation can serve others.
