WESTMINSTER, CO (December 3, 2007) – Covenant Village of Colorado dedicated its new residential building on Tuesday last week.

The three-story, 55,000-square-foot building, part of a 27-acre campus nestled in the foothills of the Rockies, has 26 apartments that have one, two or three bedrooms, with a dozen different floor plans. Apartments, which have up to 1,648 square feet of living space, include a living and dining room, a full kitchen, master suite, and an outside feature. Many have dens.

In addition to a privacy protecting suite style arrangement, many master bathrooms will include other amenities such as his and her sinks and a walk-in shower and separate tub. Each apartment will be equipped with a water-conserving washer and dryer, and every residence will have a roomy patio or balcony so that residents can enjoy spectacular views of the great outdoors.

The community will host an open house on December 9. To learn more about the new construction and other areas of the Colorado campus, visit the Village of Colorado website.

Covenant Village of Colorado is one of 14 retirement communities nationwide that are administered by Chicago-based Covenant Retirement Communities (CRC) on behalf of the Board of Benevolence of the Evangelical Covenant Church.
