MINNEAPOLIS, MN (July 25, 2007) – Minnehaha Academy is again offering an online course in Christian ethics that received wide-ranging interest in June, when it was available for the first time. The fall class begins September 24.

Participants will join a discussion-based investigation of morality in the context of the Christian faith led by Dr. Jeffrey Crafton, teacher of sacred studies at Minnehaha. The curriculum probes contemplative questions like, “How should a Christian live with moral integrity?” and “How does a Christian make decisions about today’s social and moral issues?”

High school juniors and seniors will not earn credits, but will receive a certificate of completion that they can attach to a college resume. School officials say the class also is an opportunity for members of an adult Sunday school class or small group looking for curriculum.

The price of the eight-week study is $100 per student. Registration deadline is September 17.  Those interested can register by calling 612-728-7756 or go to the Minnehaha website and then click on news and events.

The Northwest Conference of the Evangelical Covenant Church sponsors the school.
