The year-round camp is located on the shores of Lake Beauty and includes more than 500 acres of wilderness property. In 2006, Lake Beauty Bible Camp served 6,200 individuals in its camping and retreat facilities. The camp has an annual budget of nearly $1 million.
Responsibilities include a commitment to the mission and vision of Lake Beauty, interacting with 64 member churches, promoting philanthropy, leading staff development, providing program oversight, and providing spiritual leadership and financial management.
Desired qualifications include graduate-level degrees in ministry and business with the capacity for credentialing in the Evangelical Covenant Church. Prior leadership experience in Christian camping is preferred.
